The International People's Initiative for Departments of Peace is a movement of individuals and organisations in countries around the world who either have active campaigns to establish ministries and departments of peace in their national governments or are interested in establishing such campaigns. While cooperating internationally with research, information sharing, and joint projects, the main locus of campaign action is at the national level.
