Make nonviolence.a national
priority. Imagine our country as a leader in non-violent
solutions to international and domestic conflict. Far-fetched?
Not if we rally for the U.S. Dept. of Peace introduced
to Congress on Sept. 14. .In our local communities,
preventative and restorative programs dramatically
reduce violence in homes, schools and on the streets.
Not only are these programs good for the soul, they
